How to proceed ?

1- Upload your prescription in your account.

2- Fill out the medical questionaire and upload in your account.

3- Health insurance:

• If you want, you can send us your health insurance informations so that we contact your insurance compagny in sort they pay for you if possible.

4- Ordering :

• send us a message asking us to draw up an estimate for one or more of the prescriptions you have loaded into your personal space

5- Securisation of your order:

• we check with the medical questionnaire you completed: the relevance of control, lack of incompatibilities, interactions and / or cons-indications of your medication between them or in relation to your medical antecedents. If necessary we will ask for clarification.

6- An estimate is made and sent to you after confirmation of your order by a pharmacist from our team. It included the cost of medicines and transport.

7-  Click on the link received by email with the estimate: you connect to your account and can confirm the estimate and pay.

8- Immediately: your order is prepared and shipped in a package tracking, ensuring the integrity and preservation of your medication. In your package, we join the recommendation sheet and proper use of your medications.
